Malori Giron is a Paralegal at Desai Family Law Group. Malori attended San Diego State University where she double majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology. As a college student, she managed a non-profit juvenile delinquency diversion program specifically aimed to help at-risk teenage girls living in the inner city. Her work ranged from general research, to conflict resolution, to facilitating family reunification therapy. In her activities and conversations with the girls, Malori would always integrate the value of vision and ambition. From there, she followed her own advice. Malori went on to earn her Paralegal Certification from the University of San Diego, then left her hometown to pursue a career in the legal field.
Prior to joining Desai Family Law Group, Malori worked in a boutique family law firm that focused exclusively on Divorce Mediation. She developed a knack for navigating families through conflict. Her dedication to the families undergoing the mediation process lead her to pursue courses in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which aided in diffusing the emotionally-charged negotiations that took place in mediation. After 3 fulfilling years in the mediation realm of family law, Malori decided to delve into the new and exciting perspectives offered through litigation.
Off the clock, Malori is a self-proclaimed bookworm and amateur mixed-media artist. She enjoys surfing, alt-indie music, and learning the art & science of coding.
